Health Sub-Committee

In preparation for the 126th IPU conference starting March 31st to April 5th 2012, the Health Committee has put up an emergency medical team in place to cater for the emergencies that may arise.

There will be a 24 hour medical teams at the main venues i.e. Serena Hotel and Imperial Royal hotel. These will be backed up by a mobile team to oversee other hotels which will host the guests during the given period.

ASGP

The Association of Secretaries General of Parliaments (ASGP), constituted as a consultative body of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, seeks to facilitate personal contacts between holders of the office of Secretary General in any parliamentary assembly, whether such assembly is a member of the IPU or not. ASGP membership is thus independent of the IPU.
