Uganda Voted best Tourism destination Country for 2012

The world’s largest travel guide, Lonely Planet recently picked Uganda as the best tourist destination in the world for 2012. Uganda beat nine other countries to the prize that included Myanmar, Ukraine, Jordan, Denmark, Bhutan, Cuba, New Caledonia, Taiwan and Switzerland.

The Association of Secretaries General of Parliaments (ASGP), constituted as a consultative body of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, seeks to facilitate personal contacts between holders of the office of Secretary General in any parliamentary assembly, whether such assembly is a member of the IPU or not.
